Another image from the recent roll of Kentmere 400 I used to test a Nikon FE.

Calver Weir on the River Derwent in the Peak District, photographed during a ‘Photography Friday’ walk with Rachel a few weeks back (although it seems like forever ago now…)

  1. I have a photo from a few months ago taken from almost the exact same spot as this. I remeber I spent quite some time clambering about over tree roots at the riverbank trying to get a composition I liked. I was shooting my Bronica ETRSi with the 75mm lens, which is roughly equivalent to the 50mm on 135 that you used.

      1. Thank you. Yeah, it’s a nice location. I want to try and get a wide-angle or panorama of the house just upstream from the weir. I’ve photographed that before, but always on a standard lens.
