Another image from 1995 for today’s ‘Slide Film Sunday’.

This trip to the Lake District was only a few days after the weekend at Santa Pod but much more than that I can’t tell you… I do remember standing in the lake with my tripod and also how cold the water was!

Digitised using Nikon D5600 & AF-S Micro-NIKKOR 40mm f/2.8 and Nikon ES-2 Film Digitising Adapter with minimal cropping and tweaking in Lightroom Classic CC.

Wading through my film archive often requires detective work…

I’m reasonably certain these images are from the August bank holiday weekend in 1995. I’m also reasonably certain I’d got both my Nikon F-601 and F-801s loaded with slide film at the same time, this roll of Sensia 100 is marred by a hair trapped inside the camera, it shows up on every frame… the other roll (probably Agfa CT100) is fine.

I’ve also found a few rolls of colour negative film from the same weekend, they’re next to be digitised!

After a week’s enforced hiatus (laptop failure) Freelance Wastrel is back!

I love the effect the fisheye lens has on the straight lines of the architecture here…
