What was I photographing on this day in previous years?

Five years ago it was the seaside town of Bridlington in Yorkshire.

It’s a town I never get bored with visiting and I’m hoping to visit again in June for Race the Waves ’22

What was I photographing on this day in previous years?

Ten years ago it was the Ecclesbourne Valley Railway in Derbyshire.

The 1 in 27 Ravenstor Incline heads north out of Wirksworth station and didn’t originally carry passengers (leading as it did, to Middlepeak Quarry) but on special event days the line is in operation and is well worth a visit.
